AUSTRALIAN BUYERS AND ORDERS
We offer FREE regular postage Australia-wide with 1 business day handling time for all orders (excluding pre-sale orders). Please note our handling time may change, if so this will be specified.
All items in our store are sent via Australia Post Regular eParcel service with tracking or Sendle courier service depending on your address. Once your order has been processed and posted you should receive an notification that it has been sent with a tracking number. You can track the progress of your parcel by visiting the Australia Post or Sendle website (depending on the delivery service provider used for your order).
Depending on your location in Australia you should receive your order within 2-10 business days with the free regular postage option. We cannot guarantee delivery dates or times as this depends on the delivery provider's service. If you have any concerns about the whereabouts of your parcel please contact us so we can help locate your parcel.
If you need your item(s) as soon as possible please select 'EXPRESS POST' at checkout before completing payment. We would also recommend checking your postcode/suburb is in the Next Day Delivery Network for Express Post (scroll down to 'Express Post Delivery Postcodes') to ensure you will receive a quicker postal service with Express Post as not all postcodes/suburbs are covered in the 'Next Business Day Guarantee Network' for Express Post.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS AND ORDERS
We offer international postage starting at $20 AUD.
We do offer combined international postage rates for multiple item purchases in the one transaction. We charge a starting $10 AUD extra per item in postage fees for each additional item purchased. This rate should automatically be applied when you add each item to cart.
If you complete your transaction and this international combined postage rate is not applied, please complete the transaction and contact us so we will manually issue you a partial refund if required.
The BUYER is responsible for any sales tax charges, custom charges or fees or any other handling fees associated with goods being delivered in your country. Additionally, it is not uncommon for parcels to take longer to arrive as they are traveling long distances and have to pass through customs.
